Restore a purchase
Open Astute, go to the Astute+ screen and tap Restore purchases, signed in to the store with the account you bought with: your Apple ID on iPhone, your Google account on Android.
Cancel a subscription
On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Astute → Cancel subscription. On Android: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Astute → Cancel subscription. Or in the app: Profile → Manage subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period or of the free trial.
Delete your account
In the app: Profile → Delete account. Your account, its backup and your board for friends are deleted, and the phone starts again from the beginning. Deleting the account does not cancel an Astute+ subscription.
Language
Astute follows your phone’s language, in thirteen: English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Polish, Dutch, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Chinese and Russian.

A card that is wrong
Write to us with the card’s subject and its question. We check every report.

Ripristinare un acquisto
Apri Astute, vai alla schermata di Astute+ e tocca Ripristina acquisti, con lo store collegato all’account con cui hai comprato: l’ID Apple su iPhone, l’account Google su Android.
Disdire un abbonamento
Su iPhone: Impostazioni → il tuo nome → Abbonamenti → Astute → Annulla abbonamento. Su Android: Google Play → Pagamenti e abbonamenti → Abbonamenti → Astute → Annulla abbonamento. Oppure nell’app: Profilo → Gestisci abbonamento. Disdici almeno 24 ore prima della fine del periodo in corso o della prova gratuita.
Eliminare l’account
Nell’app: Profilo → Elimina account. Vengono eliminati l’account, il suo backup e la scheda per gli amici, e il telefono riparte dall’inizio. Eliminare l’account non disdice l’abbonamento Astute+.
Lingua
Astute segue la lingua del telefono, in tredici: inglese, italiano, tedesco, francese, spagnolo, portoghese, polacco, olandese, turco, giapponese, coreano, cinese e russo.
